- Ruby Group are recruiting for a temporary opportunity suitable for a Billing Administrator who would like to work in a complex and busy billings role within the business services investment industry based in central London.
You will be sat within a finance team of 80 people in a vibrant open plan office in the heart of London for a £400 million turnover firm. They offer good flexible benefits, internal opportunities and gym membership.
You will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running for finance transaction operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions and professional after sales support to internal staff, suppliers and end clients. You will also be handling messages over the phone and answering general billing queries or escalating them when necessary.
The ideal Billing Administrator will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Managed Service Billing experience preferable, or billing within a recruitment environment
• Good Excel skills ideally including v-lookups, formulas & pivot tables
• Confident & strong communicator
