Finance Manager - Shared Services

Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join a global business that has a turnover in excess of 400 million. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller as a member of central finance team your responsibilities will be to lead the finance shared services team. Responsible for effective running of Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Banking processes for all group entities. You Monitor & report detailed group KPI’s. Transactional Processes: Create best in class finance function of recording, processing all financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner whilst complying with group policies and mitigating all risks. Reviewing and improving current processes to increase output and quality of data from existing resources and ensure that all the transactional accounting is accurate and timely. Manage and develop the shared service centre team of 5 individuals. Accounts Payable and Receivable. Pro-actively manage these functions to ensure outstanding debtor and creditor are optimum within our payment terms. Ensure smooth running of these functions which are critical to group’s working capital. Cash flow: Optimise the cash position by ensuring a tight control on the Working Capital environment and associated process management. Manage and report cash flow by ensuring the below tasks are carried out effectively.

The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification and be fully qualified in either ACCA or CIMA. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
