- Ruby Group are recruiting a Senior Accountant on a permanent or contractual basis. to Join a ftse 100. You will be part of a large recognised company that created one of the UKs most iconic media employing circa 30000 people around the globe.

You will include:
· Preparation and review of management accounts
· Preparation and review of annual statutory accounts
· Assisting with year-end audit
· Liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders
· Assisting with systems and processes
· Ad hoc project work
The ideal Senior Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Qualified accountant (ICAEW ACA, ACCA)
· Experience of producing management and statutory accounts
· Strong technical skills and an ability to deal with complex transactions.
· Experience in the property/investment industry and a commercial awareness is a definite advantage
· Experience of reporting under FRS 102 (desirable)
· Experience of Sage Advanced Accounts Production, QUBE, & Cognos (desirable)
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel
