- Ruby Group are recruiting for a central London based temporary opportunity suitable for a credit controller with consumer debt or education student debt collection experience for a prestigious institution with international acclaim.
My client has an open plan, modern and professional office and are one of the most renowned institutions in their sector.
They are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with proven credit control experience possibly within consumer debt or University student fee collections.
The ideal Credit Controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
- At least 2 years credit control experience
- High attention to customer service
- The ability to be firm but polite
- Excellent customer service skills as there are face to face elements of the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an excellent institution that will be great for their experience. My client is known to be of the best in their sector and this filters down to the way the credit control team operates.
The role is for an initial period of 3 - 6 months, with a possible permanent role at the end.
