- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for a credit controller who would like to work within the events industry based in London near Camden.
They are a creative media and events business operating within the commercial sectors art & design, craft, cycling, dance and the specialist travel scene. The bonus potential is 20% above a circa £25k salary which brings it to £30,000 with is highly achievable, 10% is paid monthly with the potential to exceed 10% if collections go significantly over target and final 10% at year-end. As a guide, 11 of the last 12 monthly bonuses have been achieved and the overpayments have compensated for the missed month.

The ideal credit controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
• An excellent telephone manner with the capacity to reach and exceed outbound call expectations
• A target focused, can-do attitude
• Demonstrable ability to deal with clients sensitively
• At least 1 year of experience in credit control within a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel skills
• Competency in using a finance system such as Sage 50 / 200; Access Dimensions, Quick Books
