- Ruby Group are recruiting exclusively for a top-level management consultancy in need of a Finance Analyst. You will need to be an accomplished part-qualified Accountant seeking to pursue a temporary position with the view of transitioning to a permanent opportunity. They sit between £100 - £200 million turnover with 150 employees and operating in over 30 countries and have successfully attracted a lot of impressive employees.
Your duties will include:
- Initially, you will be focusing on some complex reconciliations to aid management reporting and decision making
- Focusing on what has already been reported by the financial accountants and analysing within a planned framework
- Spreadsheet manipulation, analysis and presentation
- Assisting with the company’s financial blueprint plan for the year and creating budgets
- Presenting actuals vs forecasted numbers
- Initially starting off analysing internal data with the view of moving onto external market analysis
You will be working closely with the Finance Director, commercial and the board of directors so your passion, confidence and communication skills will be assessed at interview stage.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong academics and tangible achievements
- Excellent communications skills due to senior management interaction
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA part qualified accountant
- Experience in a similar position covering all or most of the duties above
