- Ruby Group are recruiting for a temporary opportunity suitable for an assistant management accountant who is available to start immediately, the business sits within the creative industry and is based in a central London location.
They have a desirable, contemporary office space and the Financial Controller is supportive, personable, open and friendly. They will initially train the successful individual full-time in the office however once you can work independently they will offer flexibility should you prefer it.
You will be dealing with month-end duties, reporting and reconciliations. Other tasks will include, accruals, prepayments, raising sales invoices, creating job numbers, pay runs, staff expenses, purchase invoices (4-5 a day) and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the FC.
The ideal Assistant Management Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills:
- A relevant advertising or marketing agency background or; design, music, publishing, architecture, film, video, crafts, visual arts, fashion, TV and radio, literature, computer games or the performing arts
- A positive outlook ideally with an open and confident conversational communication style
- Experience using Maconomy ERP system (desirable)
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join abusiness that is growing so the initial contractual period could well be extended depending on performance and requirements.
