FP & A MANAGER - 100% Remote

Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join a global technology business. Our client has seen their turnover Quadruple because of recent acquisitions. Further growth is forecasted. A recent listing has also secured a large amount of Funding. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be in a highly visible and challenging position. Responsible for the production of financial accounts, in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.

Your key deliverables will be. Oversee the financial accounting for the group, including production of the statutory accounts. Manage the timely and accurate posting of all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Management processes. Responsible for Intercompany Accounting entries and reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of interim financial statements, budgets, and variance reports. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, this will include management of the Board Reporting Process. Perform special projects to support the business through research and response to questions about account activity and transactions. Management and ownership of the audit process, with assistance and oversight from the Financial Controller. Collaborating with the finance team regarding SOX and US GAAP requirements, relating to the quarterly reviews and annual audit. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Management of the Finance policies and procedures ensuring any changes are implemented effectively. Work with and provide support to the Group Financial Controller in the due diligence of proposed acquisitions. This role will evolve as the business grows, so AD-Hoc duties will be required.

The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in either ACCA, CIMA, ACA with at least 2 years post qualified experience gained whilst working in a technical accounting position whilst managing a team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal, decision-making and communication skills. SAP exposure is Advantageous. The job holder must have the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet substantial deadlines. The expectation is that the role will grow significantly in the first year and give the holder the opportunity to stamp their mark on the department.
