FP&A Director

Ruby Group have been instructed on an FP&A Director position for a listed company. The position is reporting into the CFO and CEO and will be managing a team of 15 across two regions. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing the company's budget and forecast as well as the strategic planning of the regions. The role is based in London but it is hybrid working, therefore candidates out of London will be considered.

The main duties are but not limited to the following: -

• Ensure Business Partner activities are compliant with Group policies, accounting guidelines and internal controls
• Lead Commercial insights and Analysis across the group, specifically in monthly rolling forecasts, global annual budget and variances results
• Prepare strategic plans in line with the global strategy
• Provide accurate profitability analysis reporting, KPIs and key drivers of the business
• Make recommendations to the CEO on how to optimize business opportunities and minimize risk/cost to the business in partnership with your Heads of FP&A and drive the change that optimizes business success

The ideal candidate will be an ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified professional who has been in a similar function for a number of years and is looking for a new, exciting and ever developing challenge. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a strong leader and have a proven track record of making key business decisions.
