Credit Control Supervisor

Ruby Group are looking for a credit control supervisor to join a global company located in central London. Reporting into the Head of Credit Management in a newly created position,. your responsibilities will be. Supervise a team of 4-5 credit controllers, training and appraising when necessary. Producing reports for senior managers, dealing with, and resolving complex client queries. Setting weekly and monthly collection targets. Allocating cash and reconciling creditor accounts. Debt collection by telephone and letter. Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in reducing debtors days, with a minimum of 4 years credit control or accounts receivable experience, ideally gained whilst supervising a team. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines. Our client can offer career progression and positive working environment.
