- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant within the manufacturing industry based in Chessington, Greater London.
They have hybrid working, private healthcare and modern offices. They started from one of the oldest firms in their sector with 600 employees, 15 subsidiaries and 10 manufacturing sites in 5 global locations.
You will be involved in both the understanding and analysis of monthly business performance as well as helping to evaluate the viability and strategic implications of projects. Responsibilities range from the simple to complex and require the use of analytical modelling and business problem solving skills.
The ideal Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Energy, drive and persistence
• Advanced analytical skills from a manufacturing environment (desired)
• The skills to effectively communicate to all levels and functions
• Progressive experience in financial analysis, management reporting and strategic performance management required
• IFRS reporting requirements
• Finalist or newly qualified of accounting professional body (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong experience of working with a major ERP platform, preferably SAP
• Finance experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on product costing
