Credit Control Supervisor

Ruby Group have been instructed on an urgent Credit Supervisor position based in Sutton, Surrey. It is working for a Global business and is reporting into the finance manager. The Credit Supervisor will have 5-8 credit controllers in their remit and it is working in a B2B environment. The role is hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) and the hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm. The duties of the role are as followed: -

• Day to day management, direction and development of a team of Credit Controllers
• Ensuring all relevant KPIs are managed and achieved effectively
• Management of disputes and liaising with internal stakeholders regarding customer account issues
• Resolve any escalated queries and / or disputes
• Reduce debt list and minimise write offs
• Ensure all old and overdue debts are chased and paid
• Producing detailed debtor reports for senior management and managing cash flow and present when needed
• Supporting the Credit Manager when needed
• Assisting Credit staff with any queries or concerns
• Reviewing credit decisions and applying specialist knowledge in determining the best and most suitable credit terms for new and potential customers
