- Ruby Group are recruiting for Finance Manager suitable for a part qualified accountant who seeks to qualify and is ready to manage and work for a growing business in Central London.
The early stage listed technology business is in a unique space with 50 employees, good funding a bright future and a turnover of £10 million, you will be working with a smart and accomplished CFO who has helped to build, train and transition businesses to the next level.
They require strong interpersonal skills, patience and leadership qualities, while management isn’t required initially part of the role there is a big opportunity for professional and team growth in the future. They require adaptable personalities who are open to ideas, can absorb them and implement processes to see them through.
It would suit a company accountant with the ethos of refreshing and improving, you will be expected to have full responsibility for all aspects of the finance function.
· P&L, Balance sheet, accruals, prepayments, credit cards, auditing
Other aspects will require an analytical mindset to analyse the accounts and present sensible commercial findings to aid decision making.
The ideal Finance Manager will possess the following attributes/skills:
· AAT, ACCA or CIMA part qualification
· SME exposure with full responsibility of a similar sized business
· An open mind with the ability to create and implement processes
