- Ruby Group are recruiting for a perm or temporary opportunity suitable for an experienced Credit Control Manager within the recruitment industry in central London. The business is very successful and growing within the mid-tier recruitment market. Your responsibilities will include:
· Liaising with clients and other members of the team to resolve queries
· Conducting account reviews
· Setting up credit limits and approvals
· Mentorship and development of a mid-sized team
· Investigating and implementing process improvements
· Producing KPI reports for senior management
· Development and implementation of credit control guide procedures
The ideal Credit Control Manager will possess the following attributes/skills:
· A proven track record of team management
· A stable history of recruitment credit control
· The ability to mentor, develop and grow a team
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with all levels internally and externally
