Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join a FTSE 100 located in Central London, this is a newly created role because of an internal restructure. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager your responsibilities will be to supervise train and appraise a team of 5 accounts payable assistants. It is a high volume multi-site environment. Develop Processes and controls. Weekly payment runs and review. Producing supplier reports on a weekly basis. Responsible for all month end duties. Setting weekly and monthly KPI's. Managing company expenses and credit cards. Dealing with and resolving complex supplier queries. Assisting with year end and audit. Manage supplier and Banking relationships
The ideal applicant will have at least two years experience managing a high volume accounts payable function. You must have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise work.
