- Ruby Group are recruiting for a temporary opportunity suitable for an experienced credit controller within the publishing industry based in Central London.
They are a large well known and established business who are part of multibillion pound turnover group and this opportunity has contract extension prospects and an excellent working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Project position to bring down the debt for a niche publication from an international spread
· High volume calling through 300 accounts that will need multiple approaches within a given deadline
· Meetings with the Editors/Business Group Managers of the relevant profit centres to discuss their ledgers
· Daily cash collection by telephone, email or letter of all outstanding
· Close liaison with Sales people and Editorial Staff to resolve outstanding queries
The ideal credit controller will possess good team and communication skills and can work to strict deadlines. Time management and good organisation are required as you will need to plan your day around specific time zones. At least 1 year's experience/background in credit control is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a credit controller from any background level to join a well-respected large scale business who are well known within their industry for an exciting contract, language skills are useful but not a pre-requisite.
