- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity (with a short temporary probation period) suitable for an experienced accounts payable clerk to work within the fashion retail industry based in central London for a very recognised brand.
They have open plan offices in a fun vibrant part of town and will offer 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays), store discounts, flexible benefits and a 09:00 – 17:30 day.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Accurate high volume posting and processing of all invoices
· Gathering information from various sources to ensure accuracy
· Detailed reconciliation
· Cost centre clarification
The ideal accounts payable clerk will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Sun Accounts (SunSystems) – Desirable
· Intermediate level of exposure to Microsoft Excel (occasional VLOOKUP)
· A proven track record of accuracy – To be supported by a reference
· An investigative nature to take ownership of processes and get to the bottom of queries
