Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a fast growing retail business that employ over 40000 people last year, achieving a turnover in excess of 3 billion. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager your responsibilities will be to support the groups central finance team, ensuring timely, accurate and efficient processing of Customer invoices for a number of entities. Ensure compliance of Tax and VAT. Developing processes and controls to improve the ledger. Inter-company Billings, Inter-company reconciliations. Producing month end reports, Weekly cash flow reports and debtors days reporting. Processing high volume of invoices, cash allocations and reconciliations. Dealing with and resolving queries.
The ideal applicant will have at least 1 years finance experience gained whilst working in a high volume multi-site / multi-currency environment. Candidates working towards a professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA or AAT will have an advantage. MS Dynamics experience is also advantageous.
