Interim Finance Systems Manager

Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join a fast growing private equity backed business located in Central London. This is a newly created role reporting into the CFO. Your responsibilities will be to implement Microsoft Dynamics Navision, to support the existing finance team developing and enhancing reporting requirements, the business is poised to require with its current and future ambitious growth plans. You will support the Financial Controller developing Navision finance systems. A project lead involves managing the process of implementing enhancements for business systems improvements, directing the course of those improvements, understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of the solutions with relevant stakeholders. Creating work and budget plans for projects. Developing finance systems strategy. Developing commercial reporting.

The ideal applicant will have a proven background implementing Navision 2013, you must be a superuser, with SQL knowledge. Experience of managing teams is a benefit. You must be educated to degree level and hold a professional qualification in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA. You must have excellent communication and the ability to work to deadlines.
