- Ruby Group are recruiting for an temporary opportunity suitable for an SME accounts payable professional with staff management exposure ideally within the luxury retail industry and geographic access to Mayfair, Central London.
You will be with a close knit team of 5 within a 1st class office environment and 1 direct report within a prestigious and exclusive brand name that sits within a high luxury target market typically shown on several a red carpets.
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for providing a professional and timely accounting service in respect to all payments of invoices and expenses through the Purchase Ledger.
The ideal Accounts Payable Manager will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Sun accounting software, SunAccounts (essential)
· Multi-currency exposure (essential)
· Small team management experience (1 -2 direct reports) (essential)
· Navision or Microsoft MS Dynamics NAV (desirable)
· Multi-site, Multi-company or inter-company experience
· Month end close responsibility with a familiarity with a fast paced environment and tight deadlines
· Intermediate Excel Skills (V-lookups and pivot tables)
· Fashion, Retail or luxury industry exposure (desirable)
