- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for a senior payroll professional or payroll supervisor ideally within the recruitment or business/professional services industry based in central London (zone 1).
You will be sat within a finance team of 80 people in a vibrant open plan office in the heart of London. They offer good flexible benefits, internal opportunities and gym membership.
You will be looking after a complex and busy payroll with multiple stake holders and occasional external client contact within a team of circa 20 people.
The ideal Payroll Supervisor will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Recruitment payroll experience
· Large complex payroll environment with multiple entities
· Strong people management skills and a confident demeanour
· Possibly a senior who is ready to step up and already has direct reports
· Good work ethic to add value within a hard-working team
