- Ruby Group are recruiting for a central London based Senior Payroll Administrator ideally from a recruitment, consultancy or business services background.
They have an open plan office with a friendly environment of 80 people in a finance department. The business is stable and established, boasting £380 million turnover and steady year on year growth.
You will be running contractor payrolls for internal group companies including director’s payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
You will be responsible for:- • Administration of starters and Leavers
- • Processing various timesheet types including downloads from 3rd party systems
- • Resolution of payroll queries within expected SLAs
- • Submission of HMRC filing and ensuring complete compliance with HMRC PAYE obligations
- • Retrieval of salary overpayments
- • Despatch of accurate payslips, P45s
- • Provision of standard and ad-hoc payroll reports
- • Support in various payroll related projects such as system implementations.
You will be part of a payroll team of 10 with 2 team leaders. The ideal payroll administrator will possess the following attributes/skills:- • A strong a focused work ethic
- • Recruitment industry experience (desirable)
- • Efficient and competent use of excel
