Ruby Group are Looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a Large retail business located in Central London. A temporary job that has the opportunity to become Permanent. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager your responsibilities will be to Match, Batch and code High volume multi site invoices, Dealing with and resolving Supplier queries, Supplier reconciliations, Preparing payment runs. Working to weekly and monthly target.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 years experience working within a High Volume Accounts Payable function. You must have excellent Communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience of SUN is Advantageous.
