Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for a senior billing professional or a billing team leader/supervisor within the recruitment industry seeking to work in the city of London (zone 1).
You will be sat within a finance team of 80 people in a vibrant open plan office in the heart of London. They offer good flexible benefits, internal opportunities and gym membership and external CPD training.
You will be looking after a small team within a complex and busy billing ledger with multiple stake holders and occasional external client.
The ideal Billing Team Leader will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Recruitment, consultancy or professional services exposure (prefereable)
- Exposure to a large complex billing or credit control environment with multiple entities (preference)
- Strong people management skills and a confident demeanour
- Possibly a senior who is ready to step up and already has direct reports
- Numbers oriented with a good work ethic to add value and motivate a hard-working team
