Ruby Group are looking for a credit controller to join a 400 million turnover business located in London Bridge. This position has arisen as a result of an increase in workload. Reporting to the Group Credit Control Manager your responsibilities will be to. Chase debt by telephone letter and email. Manage your own clients and book of debtor accounts, developing relationships with the front office and clients in order to approach each case in the right way. Negotiating repayment plans. Allocating cash. Reconciling accounts. Dealing with and resolving client queries. Working to weekly and monthly targets. Producing debtors days reports, working up to litigation.
The ideal applicant will have a proven track record reducing debtors days. Candidates working towards a professional qualification in the ICM will have an advantage. You must have intermediate excel skill and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a temporary position that may become permanent.
