Ruby Group are looking for recruitment consultants to join a motivated lively office. We have seen consistent levels of growth over the last year. As a result we are looking for driven individuals that have a desire to succeed? Ruby Group Specialise in placing finance and accounting professionals into central London businesses. We offer an excellent work environment and the ability to earn life changing money. You will be a 360 degree consultant taking control of your desk. You will meet with clients, interview candidates, manage jobs from start to finish.
The ideal applicant will have recruitment experience, however if you come from a business development background of Sales background you will also have an advantage. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure, develop relationships and be self motivated. Ruby Group will not give you a threshold, consultant take home 18% of everything billed.
