- Ruby Group are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable assistant to join a ftse100 company located in heart of London’s West End. You will be working in team of Six accounts payable assistants reporting into the Accounts payable manager. Your responsibilities will be. Match batch and code high volume supplier invoices. Ensuring all credit invoices are coded, distributed in accordance with company policy. Prepare weekly payment runs, reconcile supplier accounts. Dealing with and resolving supplier queries. You will liaise with other departments dealing with client/customer queries. You will produce weekly and manual payment runs, statement reconciliation, data entry and adhoc duties.
The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years experience gained whilst working in a transactional Accounts payable or receivable function. Have worked in Multi currencies. Microsoft Dynamics skill is advantageous. You must have intermediate excel and excellent communication skills. This is position is ideal for a finance professional who is looking to further develop their career with the aspiration to become an AP manager in the next 18 months.
