- Ruby Group are recruiting for a credit controller in central London to work for a very successful and modern tier 1 law firm with a strong history and a recognised name. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate need and extension opportunities where relevant industry experience is a required.
They have multiple offices in central London which are very impressive. The culture is inclusive, flat and welcoming dealing with high profile internal and external clients. They have a hardworking ethos with good social elements and a life balance that competes well with comparable firms in the same industry.
The standards of customer service in this role high and good organisational and time management skills are key. This a credit control role that requires tact and diplomacy and will not suit a target driven direct approach.
The ideal credit controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
· You will have worked in a law firm previously and will have a sound understanding of
the Solicitors’ Accounts’ Rules
· You will have experience of managing WIP and debt in a similar environment
· Experience of Aderant is desirable
· Experience of ARCS is preferable but not essential
· Excel - Intermediate
