Ruby Group are looking for a Payroll Manager to join a FTSE250 in Central London. The position is a permanent role reporting into the finance manager: -
- The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the UK payrolls (1200+) divided into three payrolls (2 x PAYE & 1 x LLP)
- Managing two members of staff in the payroll department.
- To attach new employees to the iTrent system.
- Produce monthly BACS file and all related reports, including net pay variance and payment to HMRC.
- Monitor payroll inbox and resolve queries.
- Run RTI submission for FPS and EPS.
- Process Auto-enrolment on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the preparation of pension forms, leavers forms, year-end pension returns.
- Producing KPI reports for use across the business.
- Support the HR team with transactional processes, variations, etc.
- Business object builds and generate reports.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing large payrolls, using i-Trent and be incredibly detailed orientated. This position offers an excellent salary package, benefits and bonus.
