- Ruby Group have just been instructed to search for a Accounts Payable Assistant to for a technology business that has a permanent vacancy in their central London office.
They have offices in international locations and have a good balance between an upbeat social environment and a heads down focused tech environment with jeans, t-shirts and airpods. There are circa 10 in the finance team with 60 in the London office and about 100 in other global locations. It is a 37.5-hour week with 25 days holiday and a 3% pension.
You will be focusing on invoices, bank statements, ad-hoc payments, auto scanning, credit card processing and inbox management.
- The ideal Accounts Payable Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
