- Description
- Ruby Group are recruiting for a 6-month fixed term opportunity suitable for an experienced credit controller based in Mayfair, London. The business is a global leader in the luxury business services industry and have a large finance team with a high-end, open plan working environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring all funds are collected, reconciled and resolved for some high-level clients.
The role will involve:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Risk assessment from a debt exposure perspective
- Investigating disputes and attending client meetings
- Agreeing repayment plans and initiating legal proceeding where necessary
- Generating reports, analysing them and identifying problem areas
- Process improvement
The ideal credit controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Advanced excel
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of merchant credit card processes
