- Ruby Group are recruiting for a temporary opportunity suitable for a credit controller with high volume consumer collections exposure and at least 1 years of credit control experience.
My client employs more than 7000 professionals and is world-leading in their area of specialism with an ethos of continuous progression and learning within an intellectually stimulating environment.
The team processes some 30,000 invoices, 15,000 payments, 10,000 and debt invoices valued at circa. £315m annually.
The ideal credit controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Consumer (B2C) or student collections from high volume live accounts
- CICM study (desirable)
- Intermediate Excel (including vlookups and data interrogation)
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Basic knowledge accountancy principles (desirable)
