Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a global media business in central London. Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will be. To match, batch and code invoices. Reconciling supplier accounts, Dealing with and resolving high volume supplier queries. Preparing invoices for payment run on a weekly basis. Producing reports for the manager.
The ideal applicant will have at least a year’s experience working within the Accounts payable position within a high volume multi-site environment. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external clients. Intermediate excel skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines is essential.
