Description
Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts PayableSpecialist to join an International Business situated in Hertfordshire. The position reports into the AP Manager and will be within a team of 5. The duties/ responsibilities of the role are as followed:

  • Responsible for the Overheads Invoices
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of Accounts
  • Dealing with Suppliers
  • Setting up new Supplier Accounts
  • Liaison with commercial Managers regarding payments
  • Support the overall department objectives as part of a team
  • General office support activities
  • Petty Cash Reconciliations
  • Outgoing payments for P/L Chaps / Foreign transfers
  • Cheque requisitions
  • Payment runs
  • Weekly filing
  • Daily Post
  •  
The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience in a similar role, would be organised, have excellent communication skills and have a keen interest in finance.
