Ruby Group are looking for a Group Accountant to join a FTSE listed business located in South London. A newly created job due to start in the first week of January. Reporting in to the Group Financial Controller your responsibilities will be to produce a consolidated set of accounts in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS. Board pack production that will include full schedules of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flows, commentary's and flash financial reporting. You will also support the external Audit process, ensuring group is compliant with all relevant technical standards. Ensuring financial controls and processes are in place.
The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in either ACCA, ACA/CA or CIMA and have at least two years post qualified experience. Ideally having gained your experience whilst working at Group level or in a reporting role. strong technical knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is essential as is Advanced Excel and communication skills.
