- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent Part Time Stock Controller within the luxury design and retail industry based in South West Central London.
The business is PE-backed and growing and the environment is like stepping into a gallery and is regularly frequented by some very exclusive and well-known individuals. The MD is looking for someone to control the goods in/out function for the business, appro of goods to internal departments, wholesale accounts and other locations. Prepare stock takes, handle stock and clients items for repair.
- Ensure the safe delivery and collection of merchandise
- Handle the repairs of stock and clients goods to ensure work carried out by appropriate workshop or supplier
- Preparation of stock-takes and work with the managers to ensure regular cycle counts are conducted to minimize stock loss
- Arrange photography for new products and upload images
- Assist with the replenishment of merchandise to store
- Participate in company special events
- Prepare the month-end stock reconciliation to assist Finance and to ensure that the stock movements in the month are correct and agree the stock value produced by the system.
