Management Accountant

Ruby Group are looking for Management Accountant to join large business located in central London, however this position is remote working until the summer of next year. Reporting into the Financial Controller your responsibilities will be.

Produce a full set of monthly management accounts, with cash flow forecasts, variance analysis and commentaries. You will also assist with the production of company statutory accounts, ensuring they are produced accurately and filed on time each financial period. Produce weekly management reports to divisional businesses. You will work closely with the financial accounting team and senior finance members. You will also be the key point of contact for balance sheet queries performing reconciliations on a monthly basis. You will also assist the Group Finance reporting manager with the production of the consolidated management accounts pack. You will be in control of Fixed Cost accounting (Rent, Rates, Service, Insurance) including budgeting. Support the planning and budgeting process to include drafting Balance Sheet and Cash flow budgets. To report on Capital expenditure, through close working relations with the Property Team & Purchase Ledger Team to ensure its accuracy. To own the process of tracking allocated Central Support budgets throughout the year and maintaining regular dialogue with the budget holders in the areas of Ops, MD & Finance. You will also assist auditors at year end.

The ideal applicant will be educated to degree level, and have a professional qualification in either ACA, CIMA or ACCA. You must have at least one years post qualification experience gained whilst working in a Management or Financial Accounting team. You Must have produced a set of management accounts, and have excellent communication skills.
