- Ruby Group are recruiting for a remote permanent opportunity suitable for an early stage ACCA or CIMA studier or an AAT qualified accountant within an international technology firm initially based from home but soon to transition to a flexible working set up.
The position offers vast progression within an ambitious growing company where delivery is at their forefront. This will allow room for learning new skills and taking on more responsibility.
You will be focusing on month and year end tasks within the group with various responsibilities:
Reconciling payroll and submitting journals
Business partnering with sales
Balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations
Audit query resolutions with preparation of financial statements at year end
The ideal Assistant Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills:
Some payroll experience
An intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
Hold a diploma in accounting like the AAT or in the initial stages of ACCA qualification
Minimum 1 year experience within a similar role
