- Ruby Group are recruiting for an office-based, part-time position based in Central London for an FSA regulated investment bank that requires a permanent hire suitable for an experienced Benefits and Payroll Administrator from any industry to work within financial services.
The office environment is modern, corporate and impressive and they are offering 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Although the role will be based in their London office, some travel may be expected. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, poised and able to deal with a significant amount of internal and external stakeholders. Duties will include:
· Maintaining and updating payroll information
· Processing and amending tax code changes
· Processing flexible benefits schemes such as Cycle to Work schemes etc.
· Assisting with completion of PAYE Settlement Agreement; P11d’s
· Assist in preparation and submission of annual expenses and benefits forms
· Maintain holiday and sick records, as well as right to work checklists
· Dealing with pensions and income protection related queries raised by staff and corresponding with the pension provider and broker as necessary
· Assist the CEO with drafting Recruitment Letters
· Managing and issuing Annual Bonus Letters
The ideal accounts assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Strong understanding of the payroll principles
· Accounting background (desirable)
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Successful candidates are assertive and self-motivated, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different personality types
· Be team-oriented and possess strong integrity and professionalism
