Accounts Receivable Specialist

Ruby Group are urgently and exclusively recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (credit controller) within an international technology company based in Central London starting within 1 - 2 weeks.

You will be utilising your advanced excel skills within a complex fast paced AR environment.

• Approvals and processing of invoices, credit cards, refunds, recharges
• Complation of a complex reports with real time interaction and negotiation with stakeholders
• Client meeting account reviews with payment plan scheduling
• Suggesting process improvements

The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following attributes/skills:

• Advanced Excel skills - strong vlookups and pivot tables
• Credit control, including knowledge of merchant credit card processes - at least 1-3 years + expererience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills;
