- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced an Accounts Receivable Specialist seeking to work in the luxury leisure industry for a business who are world leading in their sector based in a desirable part of central London.

Their finance team is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the end-to-end billing process for a dedicated group of Program clients.
Your Responsibilities:
• Coding, cost and sales values, and categorisation
• Producing accurate customer invoices
• Monitoring customer balances
• Responding to customer queries regarding invoices and working with Sales to resolve issues
• Ensuring that all customer balances for cash and hours flown are maintained and accurate, incorporating cash receipts and invoices;
• Reporting differences between estimated and actual billing
The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Prior experience of reconciliations
• Familiarity with SAP will be useful but is not essential
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills are essential, including capability with pivot tables, v- lookups and formulas
• There aptitude to work in a fast paced and partially pressurised environment (balancing a challenging workload and demanding clients)
• Strong communication skills
