Description
Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced billing professional within the services industry based in Central London, Piccadilly. 
 
They have an innovative, high end and impressive product that services the luxury industry and are unique in their offering being the world first and only company to offer what they do.
 
You will be managing the end to end billing process for dedicated group of clients.
 
·         Working with the business to ensure accuracy of coding, cost and sales values
·         Producing accurate customer invoices
·         Ensuring that all customer balances for cash are reconciled
·         Sending our statements, responding to queries and creating reports
 
 
The ideal Billing Coordinator will possess the following attributes/skills:
 
·         Familiarity with a major ERP system e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365
·         Intermediate to Advanced Excel
