Ruby group have been instructed on a Finance Administrator position for a global company based in Central London. The permanent role is offering flexy working, an attractive salary, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday (plus statutory) and medical care.

The role is based within a team of ten and reporting into the Finance Manager. Please see below for the list of duties/responsibilities: -

  • Monthly invoicing is processed in a timely manner
  • Reconciling end of month billings
  • Debt management alongside the accounts team
  • Maintain each teams Excel billings sheet to ensure that accurate records are kept up to date
  • Attend monthly team finance meetings
  • Ensure all internal compliance procedures are adhered to
  • Enter invoice details
  • Producing all divisional PO’s and arranging the payment of invoices
  • Communicating both internally and externally with the highest professional standards to ensure the best customer experience is given
  • Ad hoc duties to support the company’s needs

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starter with experience in a similar function. They should be able to build rapport and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will have an intermediate level of Excel (formulas) and have an excellent command of communication skills.
