- Ruby Group are exclusively recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for a CFO to join a high tech manufacturing business based in Central London.
You will be enjoying an office-based position in a company who plan to go public with an IPO planned within the next 12 months and periodic stock market responsibility.
You will be working from impressive offices in London that provide head office services for the global manufacturing group interacting with each company to establish periodic reporting and consolidation processes. Process improvement will be key both from a financial and operational perspective solidifying the financial status of each group company. This will also involve acquisition, group company development and building a strong international team.
The ideal CFO will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Experience presenting to stake holders
- The ability to travel internationally
- ERP system selection experience
- An (ACA, CIMA, ACA, ICAS or CPA) accountancy qualification with several years’ experience, ideally from an engineering, manufacturing background or SME background
- Strong financial reporting and hands on management accounting coupled with experience of implementing control measures
- The FD should be highly analytical with a confident and personable demeanour and the ability to easily build relationships and foster a culture of teamwork
- Desirable candidates would have an understanding of international tax laws and regulations
- Some M&A and stock market exposure would be preferable
