- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced credit controller based in the City of London.
This is an exciting opportunity which will suit an individual with ambition and passion, working in the property and construction industry my client has over 50 years of history and an established company in their sector. They are an SME business who are adapting to growth and bringing an existing outsourced credit control process inhouse for further control.
You will be ensuring prompt payment of debtors in accordance with the company’s credit terms. While the successful candidate will have the experience to fulfil the credit control job description, they are particularly looking for a person with strong communication skills and an eye for detail and interpersonal skills who can demonstrate the potential to develop into a Head of Credit Control position.
The ideal credit controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Numerate with a good standard of education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in use of Microsoft Office
• Experience of invoicing
• A good telephone manner
• Flexible, highly motivated, effective team player; methodical, ability to understand and meet targets and deadlines, able to learn and assimilate new information
• Sage 100 experience (desirable)
