Description
Ruby Group are looking for a Payroll supervisor to cover 10 months maternity. Our client is an accountancy practice with over 100 years history. You will be Responsible for the processing and accuracy of Payroll and Auto Enrolment and all other associated work RTI, BACS, P60s, CIS payments, and HMRC enquiries etc.  You will provide a comprehensive service to clients by processing their payrolls. Processing Auto Enrolment and related taxes efficiently ensuring that their employees are paid on time, while complying with HMRC requirements.  Processing Payrolls on behalf of clients, Manage the payroll team and workload consisting of daily updated on their progress, provide technical advice as required by the team. Train new employees, Dealing with client HMRC queries and liaising with HMRC. Submitting Real Time Information reports electronically i.e. FPS / EPS
 
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 6 years Payroll experience and supervised teams. Systems experience in Iris and Brightpay will be advantageous. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. If you are on short notice or immediately available, please submit your cv.
