Description

Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a National healthcare company, working in a team of 5, you will be assisting with an accounts payable project reporting to the finance manager. Your responsibilities will be to match, batch and code supplier invoices, dealing with and resolving queries. Reconciling supplier statements and bank accounts. Obtain authorisation for payment and prepare ledger for month end close, compiling a list of accruals for management accounts. Prepare remittance advices, print off creditors list showing balances outstanding. Ad hoc Duties.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of two years relevant accounts payable experienced gained whilst working in a high-volume environment. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external contacts. Intermediate excel skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload is essential. This is a temporary position to start immediately, if you are immediately available or on short notice, please submit your CV.
