Ruby Group are looking for A Credit Controller to join a ftse100 located in west London. Supporting the Credit Manager in a newly created position because of an increase in business. Your responsibilities will be to contact customers daily via telephone letter and email. Ensuring Debtors levels are maintained. Dealing with and resolving queries from external and internal clients. Cash allocations, reconciling accounts. Working to weekly and monthly targets, maintain excel spreadsheets. Raising invoices, liaise with the CEO reporting weekly updates.
The Ideal Applicant will have a minimum of a year’s experience gained whilst working in Credit control, you must have excellent written and communication skills, with a proven track record reducing debtor’s days. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload. the role will initially be 5 days in the office, however once you have gained confidence in the role, the position will become hybrid working e.g. 2-3 days in the office.
