Finance Manager

Ruby Group are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a global company based within the Berkshire region. The role is flexible hybrid working with 3 days in office. This opportunity offers exciting exposure across several key areas, supporting the Head of Finance across multiple financial and management accounting tasks including presenting reports to overseas stakeholders. You will prepare regulatory accounts alongside auditors in accordance with IFRS/GAAP remaining a key point of contact for the audit team. Other responsibilities include owning the fiscal reporting commitments of the company across different territories, overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts, posting monthly payroll journals and reconciliations and managing overseas staff tax returns. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:

Concrete understanding and adherence to IFRS/GAAP. Being highly personable and communicative ideally having managed people before. Working under pressure to strict deadlines, methodically processing issues. Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/Pivot Table). Multi-currency experience, understand the need to research new accounting and reporting requirements complete with recommendations for implementation of such procedures
