Ruby group are recruiting a Management Accountant position for a PE backed company based in West London. Our client is an International business with offices in 10 locations. This role reports into the EMEA Finance Manager. It has arisen because of an internal promotion. The role is a permanent position, newly created and offers hybrid working - initially four days in the office and one day at home. This will change to three in and two out after the probation period.
Your responsibilities will be: -
- To prepare monthly management accounts, journal postings, accruals, prepayments, and monthly reports.
- Run profit and loss reports and analyse against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in year-end audit.
- Provide support and cover the EMEA Finance Manager.
The ideal applicant will be educated to degree level and be working towards a professional qualification in either ACCA or CIMA. You must Possess a solid understanding of finance within a multinational organisation. The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and has worked with external stakeholders. You must have a minimum 3-5 years Accounting experience including performing types of duties listed above and excellent written and communication skills are essential.
